Al Mar VG-10 Damascus Large Utility Knife. 6" Damascus VG-10 blade. One piece ergonomic, hollow, all stainless steel handle. Blade is composed of 33 layers of Stainless Steel with the center cutting layer made of VG-10 Cobalt Stainless Steel which is heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 60-62. Strong and lightweight. Hand sharpened to an incredible edge. Gift boxed. Made in Japan.
